Cinder POS features, all in one place.

Register and checkout, Cinder AI, card-present payments, Shipday delivery, and multi-store.

Register & checkout

Scan a new item and it’s ready to sell.

Scan a new item’s barcode at the register. Barcode lookup fills in the name, category, and photo (a Premium feature); set the price and stock, and the item is added to the sale, ready to sell.

Premium add-on

Cinder AI

Ask about your sales, stock, purchases, and bills in plain English. The assistant is part of Premium, which includes 300 credits a month. Add Lite or Pro to a Premium plan for more. Not included in Basic.

Payments

Card-present payments, settled with confidence.

Cinder POS takes chip, tap, and swipe through supported card terminals at the register — and ties every sale to settlement reporting you can review.

Shipday delivery

Local delivery, dispatched through Shipday.

Connect your own Shipday account and website delivery orders are sent to Shipday automatically; pickup orders stay in the store. Staff can send a register or sales order with Send to Shipday. Driver, status, and ETA update on the order, and customers can track their driver from their order page. Liquor deliveries include a 21+ ID check note for the driver, and proof of delivery is saved on the order.

Ring up the order and attach the customer, then use Send to Shipday on the order.

Multi-store

Every location runs on its own Cinder POS.

Each store gets its own Cinder POS with its own registers, stock, staff, and reports, so every location's sales stay separate and easy to read. Both plans include one register; add more as a store grows for $15/month each.

Each store keeps its own reports: what sold, who rang it up, and how it was paid.

How it works

In-person payments, built into the register.

Chip, tap, and swipe

Supported in-store EMV transactions run through a configured card terminal.

In-person only

Keyed, card-not-present, ACH, and online checkout are not part of the current integration.

Per-register terminals

Each register is configured with its own terminal ID so activity stays separated.

Settlement reconciliation

Managers review payment activity and reconcile register totals against settlements.
