FAQ
Hardware questions before you order.
Does Cinder POS come pre-installed on these terminals?
Cinder is configured during store setup. Terminals arrive with Windows 11 Pro; we document browser, Print Agent, and peripheral setup before launch.
Can I use hardware I already own?
Yes. We review existing equipment for browser, OS, printer, scanner, drawer, and terminal compatibility before quoting replacements.
Are MSRP prices what I will pay?
MSRP is the manufacturer list price for hardware bought separately, such as on monthly billing or beyond the free annual-plan kit. Your Cinder written order confirms final hardware pricing, quantities, warranty, and delivery terms.
Which terminal should I start with?
The Standard 15.6-inch (530022-OC) is the value starting point. Choose Pro or dual-screen models when you need more performance or a customer display.
Ready to build your lane?

We will confirm compatible hardware, your Cinder software plan, and Deluxe processing in one written quote.
