Each register can be configured with its own Deluxe terminal ID. Cinder records payment status and receipt metadata and supports settlement review.

Can I upgrade from Basic to Premium later?
Contact us when your needs change. We will confirm the revised feature scope, register count, pricing, and effective date in writing.
What is included in each plan?
The published cards are a starting point. Your written order controls included features, registers, billing, equipment, and support.
Who adds products to the online shop?
The merchant controls product content and decides which eligible products to publish. Cinder catalog rules block tobacco, cigarette, cigar, and vape categories from online publication.
Does Cinder support keyed or online card entry?
The current Deluxe integration is for supported in-store card-present terminal transactions. Keyed, card-not-present, ACH, and online Deluxe checkout are not included.
Are processing rates the same for American Express?
Published in-store examples differ by plan and card brand. Your approved Deluxe merchant agreement controls the rate that applies to each transaction.
Are there auth fees or monthly processing minimums?
Processor fees, assessments, reserves, minimums, and settlement terms are controlled by your Deluxe merchant agreement. Review it before activation.
How much is an extra register?
Each additional register license beyond what your plan includes is $15/month. Basic and Premium both include 1 register.
Do I need to buy hardware from Cinder?
Not necessarily. We will review your existing setup and document compatible equipment or separately quoted hardware before launch.
How much does Cinder POS cost?
Published software pricing starts at $79/month for Basic and $109/month for Premium. Annual billing shows a discounted monthly-equivalent rate. Hardware, setup, and Deluxe processing are confirmed separately in writing.
Is Cinder POS good for convenience, grocery, or vape shops?
Yes. Cinder is built for independent retail formats including convenience, grocery, specialty, pharmacy retail counters, bars and restaurants, and age-restricted smoke and vape catalogs. See the industry pages for store-type details.

Does annual billing save money?
